Real estate for rent on the peninsula of Halkidiki
To book an apartment or villa you like:

- write us an e-mail info@liveingreece.info, specifying the dates when you plan to come and the number of people
call us at any of the phone contacts listed in the section
The condition of booking is a prepayment 30% of the rental price. This guarantees that the house will be booked for the period you specify.
1.2. If for various reasons you are unable to pay, the reservation is considered unconfirmed, and before your arrival the apartment or villa of your choice can be returned. In this case, we will try to find other similar options.

1.2. If for various reasons you are unable to pay, the reservation is considered unconfirmed, and before your arrival the apartment or villa of your choice can be returned. In this case, we will try to find other similar options.
For your comfort, pay attention to the rules of renting and living:
Check in and check out
Check in time is from 16.00. Check out time is 11:00. This means that by paying 1 day, you pay from 16:00 to 11:00 (noon) of the next day, regardless of the time of actual settlement. If you booked an apartment from 16:00 and arrived in Greece in the morning, and the apartment is currently available from us, then we will settle you at no extra charge. If you arrive later than 22:00, you must pay an additional 30 euros for late check-in.
In the case of your non-arrival, change of the settlement date or cancellation of the reservation, the prepayment remains with the owner and is not returned back.
If your departure is later than 11:00, then you must pay:
- every hour of the lease renewal - from 5 to 10 euro / hour, depending on the apartment,
- if you leave later than 18:00, then you must pay the daily cost of renting an apartment / villa.
Payment is made in full on the day of arrival at the apartment for the entire stay. In case of early departure from the apartment, the money for the remaining period of residence is not refundable.
In some cases, upon arrival, you must pay a deposit for the safety of the property
The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out after checking the condition of the property.
In Greece, it is very important to observe the "time of silence"
a) in the summer: from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00
b) in winter time: from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:30
Summer time is the period from April 1 to September 30, and winter time is the period from October 1 to March 31.
About avoiding problems with neighbors, it is forbidden to organize birthdays, seminars, parties and other events in the apartment.
The apartment can live strictly the number of people that corresponds to the number of beds.
The guest bears to the owner of the apartment full legal responsibility for any damage caused to the apartment, decoration or equipment, as well as the loss of property in the apartment.
For the loss, loss of your personal belongings in the apartment, the owner is not responsible. We ask you to carry money, gold and other valuables with you or leave them for storage in specialized bank cells.
Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited!

Cleaning is not included in the rental price (with rare exceptions). Final cleaning is paid once.
In some apartments, if you book an apartment for more than 7 days, then once a week you have the right to use free cleaning, bed linen and towels. Warn us in advance what time you need to go for cleaning.
